OneDance Portland's mission is to create a sacred container within which all people are afforded the safety and permission to dance their Feelings, Dreams and Discoveries.
Using a "wave-like" structure and tone, we aspire to transform the dance experience into a "Spiritual Practice" through which a sense of community and purpose can emerge and thrive.
We having rotating music maestro's as well as occasional offerings
by certified facilitators of 5 Rhythms, Azul and Open Floor!

as well as occasional facilitated offerings.

Suggested Donation:

Facilitated evenings: $15.00 - 25.00

Unfacilitated evenings: $5.00 - $15.00

All are welcome. Cash only

We dance every Wednesday evening from 6-7:30 PM

at Odd Fellows Hall

651 Forest Ave.

Portland, Maine

(The clocktower building in Woodfords Corner. We are on the 2nd floor above Back Cove Books)

Things to know:

1. Masking is optional.
2. Take personal responsibility for the health and safety of the community. PLEASE STAY HOME if you do not feel 100% or if you have been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 7 days.
3. For added protection dancers wishing to social distance during dance can indicate this by wearing one of the bright pink flowers provided at the welcome table.
4. Please dance with bare feet or indoor dance shoes only.
5. Our dances are chem-free, scent-free and for adults (18+)

There is plenty of parking on Forest Ave. and surrounding streets. Entrance is at the corner of the Odd Fellows Building.
